Our Services

Formal appraisals are prepared for a number of purposes and are designed to fit the needs of the client.  A comprehensive report includes two color copies, detailing the scope of the assignment, the definition of value and research methodology, description of property with photographs, supporting research and documentation, and certification with a conclusion of value.

McTague Appraisers can provide a definitive plan for the client with a logical result, whether a formal appraisal, a brief consultation, cataloging services, or assistance with the acquisition or disposition of a collection or minor work.  References are available upon request.
